Lisa Beacham – Patient Coordinator

Lisa will greet you as you enter our office. She answers the telephones and will assist you with your appointment scheduling and answer any questions that you may have. Lisa joined our office after moving to Richmond from Washington, NC. She likes to spend time with her daughter, Jami Eaton. She also enjoys traveling, playing the piano, and eating.

Harriet Valiani – Clinical Supervisor

Harriet has over 14 years of experience in orthodontics. She enjoys meeting new people and getting to know them. One of Harriet's greatest rewards in her career is helping patients achieve beautiful smiles. Most of her personal time is spent with her two sons, Muizz and Zain. She is involved with their schools, PTA and sports.

Tiffany Lawson – Orthodontic Technician

Tiffany has over four years experience in orthodontic assisting. Tiffany has a fun, bubbly personality that puts patients and parents at ease. A plus for Tiffany is that she finds it easy to remember things about each patient that makes them feel special when they are here. She loves to spend time with family and friends. Her best friend is Paris – her dog. Tiffany also enjoys listening to music.

Adrienne Fountain – Financial Coordinator

Adrienne handles all account information and insurance issues. She is a native of Richmond and has recently returned after a five-year stay in Charlotte, NC. In Charlotte, Adrienne worked as a dental office manager. She can help you with any financial and insurance questions you may have.

Adrienne enjoys snow skiing, spending time with her family and friends, and chasing around her dalmation, Coda. She is engaged to be married in the fall of 2006.

Judy Schollmann – Treatment Coordinator

Judy comes to our office with nine years of dental/orthodontic experience. She will meet with you at your Initial Patient Exam and then again when your treatment plan is presented. She will explain treatment and financial options as well as discuss insurance.

Judy has lived in the Richmond area for seven years along with her husband, Rich, and their two sons, Austin and Ryan. Judy likes to read, cook, work in the yard and watch Nascar races. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her cat, Dribbles.

Marie Lloyd – Orthodontic Technician

Marie has joined us with twenty years’ experience. She helps assist Dr. Villa in placement and adjustment of your braces. She will offer instruction regarding the various appliances as well as guidance on proper oral hygiene.

Marie lives in Glen Allen with her husband, Don, and their two sons, John and Connor. She enjoys knitting, being a ‘baseball mom’ and shopping, shopping, shopping!!

Yani Acevedo - Orthodontic Technician

We would like to introduce to you the newest member of the Villa family - Yani Acevedo! Yani is our new orthodontic technician and will be doing your adjustments, giving instructions regarding the various appliances as well as guidance on proper oral hygiene.

Yani is originally from northern Virginia. She and her husband, Jonathan, have lived here in Richmond for 2 ½ years. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, dancing and shopping!
