Our goal is to make the process of getting braces a fun & painless experience. We have applied this concept to all aspects of our practice from administration to clinical treatment. Our first priority is to make you feel at home, ensuring that each visit is an enjoyable one.
We have a video game room to help your children feel at home in a cheerful environment. We also provide incentives so that our children will look forward to coming back after each appointment. For instance, we hold monthly contests and drawings to reward our super ortho patients (check out our “Events” page for more information and fun picture's). We also cater to adults, offering telephone, computer and Internet access, not to mention a hot cup of Starbucks coffee and the morning paper.

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
Dr. Villa is always available for orthodontic emergencies involving pain or discomfort, and can be paged after hours by calling our main number.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24 Hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment although we do not double book to predict cancellations. Our policy is that there is not charge for the first three missed appointments. After missing your third appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
We greatly appreciate you being a patient of ours and continue to work on facilitating scheduling. Our reception staff is eager to assist you in reaching your treatment goals in a timely and convenient manner.
Our office is conveniently located in the Forum Executive Office
Complex in Innsbrook close to Gaskins Road.
Driving Directions
From I-64, take Exit 180B to Gaskins Road North. Turn left onto West Broad Street at the intersection of Gaskins and West Broad Streets. The Forum is located at the next set of traffic lights on the right hand side. Upon entering the parking lot, you will see parking spaces for Dr. Villa’s patients in front of the building.
